Built to make organizations work better for the people they serve.
SunSpring Consulting LLC is a US-registered consulting firm working with organizations in Nigeria and internationally. We help businesses, clinics, and programs strengthen their operations, data systems, and teams, so they can deliver better service with less waste and less stress.
A physician turned systems builder
Ifeanyi trained in medicine, then earned a master’s degree in information science and later an MBA. He has spent his career where healthcare, data, and operations meet.
He has supported large-scale public health and HIV programs in Nigeria, designing monitoring and evaluation systems, leading data management training, reviewing data quality protocols, and developing strategy and implementation plans for national digital health and health information systems. He also builds practical tools: management dashboards, training curricula, and the AI BASICS program that helps teams adopt AI safely.
That range gives SunSpring a rare vantage point. We understand the clinic floor, the boardroom, and the database, and we know that lasting improvement needs all three to line up.
